Ethicon LLC, a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is recruiting a Financial Analyst to be located in Zuchwil, Switzerland or in another EMEA location.
Ethicon, LLC manufacturing facility hosts over 1,000 associates dedicated to produce world-class medical devices to safely and effectively meet the needs of patients from all continents. Ethicon LLC, develops and markets products within three divisions: Ethicon Products for precise wound closure and tissue repair, Ethicon Women’s Health & Urology for minimally invasive women’s health procedures, and Johnson & Johnson Wound Management for hemostasis and advanced wound care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to Worldwide Ethicon /Endo E2E ICP ownership execution
Support Annual ICP pricing model (Tally Sheet) process flawless execution and completion.
Support AGP Governance road map for Worldwide Ethicon /Endo E2E businesses and New acquisitions (WCR, BIO, Energy, Endo Mech, Megadyne, Thorax and Neuwave)
Support Cost/ICP process standardization across multiple ERP’s and billing systems within the commercial regions.
Regular communication with WW Tax Group to ensure compliance with Tax Models and Strategies in all Supply Chain.
Develop, enhance and implement models to improve the accuracy of financial reporting and improve decision-making processes suitable for the fast-paced environment
Participate in process improvements, ranging from streamlining existing processes to initiatives that add value in the broader context.
Play a vital role in decision-making committees for commercial strategies and compliance questions to exploit the potential in this market. Lead prudent risk taking by dedicatedly implementing scenario plans to react quickly to changing business dynamics
Foster a culture of continues improvement by Challenging the status “quo” and providing insightful and innovative ideas to further strengthen our current processes
Be an agent of change by actively supporting key projects and initiatives, i.e. the RPA projects (Robotic Process Automation)
Support the strategic initiatives under the remit of the HMD PIC COE team
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’ degree in Accounting or Finance is required. Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance will be preferred.
Experience And Skills
At least two (2) years of experience in a general accounting within the regulated industry (pharmaceutical, medical devices, consumer) is preffered.
Accounting designation (CPA, CMA, CGA or CA) or at senior level of program will be preferred.
Advanced computer skills and use of software application(s) including MS Office are required; experience in SAP or JD Edwards, Strive and Hyperion will be highly preferred.
Previous experience working with MS Excel in an intermediate to advanced level will be required.
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to recommend and implement process improvements.
Candidate must possess excellent analytical and business partnering skills.
Available to work extended hours when required, especially during monthly quarterly closings process and to provide on call support after working hours when required.
Fluent English language skills is required.
This position requires up to ten percent (10%) of domestic and International travel.

Exposure to operations through working with the business in a global supply chain environment
Supply chain finance experience in Medical device or Pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial
