Job Responsibilities:
A- Perform administrative skills such as typing, filing and copying, faxing, opening and sorting mail.
B- Prepare written correspondence on behalf of General Manager and Hotel Manager for approval.
C- Prepare and Assist General Manager and Hotel Manager in preparation of various reports and presentations.
D– Work with Front Office leaders and provide details of guest alerts and action plans to the General Manager and Hotel Manager.
Job Requirement:
A– High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in administrative assistance or related professional area.
B- 2 year degree from an accredited university in secretarial studies, business administration. hotel and restaurant management.
C- Management of Financial Resources – Determining how money will be spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.
