Job Coach Career Success (w/m/d)

We are looking for a job coach on a freelance basis (10h/week) at the earliest opportunity, who will support our students with applications during the application phase. Typical tasks include

• Providing individual feedback on student’s CVs, Cover Letters etc.
• Developing an application plan and identifying areas of strength together with participants
• Performing mock interviews as preparation for interviews
• Conducting application workshops for students

Your Skills

• You are at the end of your studies and/or gained work experience of 1-2 years through internships or full-time positions
• You are excited to motivate and support our students with their applications to find a job in tech
• You are fluent in written and spoken English and German
• Experience & knowledge in recruiting and application processes as well as with giving trainings is a plus
