Your Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and interview top talent to support ongoing team growth across engineering and data analytics.
Partner with hiring managers to define quarterly hiring goals, sourcing strategy, and KPIs
Manage candidates throughout our pipeline and move candidates through interview stages diligently and quickly
Make observations and recommendations about our current recruitment and onboarding processes to continue improving efficiency and our overall candidate experience
About you:
