Jayce Grayye Consulting & Recruiting is seeking an Inbound Sales Closer for one of our clients! They specialize in helping regular people start selling on Amazon and scale their business through a unique method that has been generating phenomenal results. Your role would involve selling a course that has led to 100’s of 7-figure and even two 8-figure students. They have more hot leads than they can currently handle and are looking to expand their team!

Day to Day

Fully Remote & Full Time Opportunity 
Warm Inbound Leads – Commission-Based Sales (No Cold Calling!)
8-10 hours a day you will receive inbound leads (approx 35 – 40 a week) conducting sales calls and effectively closing deals. During no-shows, and canceled apps, the time will be spent following up with unbooked warm leads and self-learning focused on sharpening your skills.

 

Comp Plan & Target Earnings 

10% commission on a $4,800 dollar offer (15% commission for the following week after you close 24% of the total leads)
OTE: $10,000 – $15,000 per month (current closers are currently making above that!)
$120,000-$180,000+ a year earning potential. 
The first 2 weeks of Training are not Paid (See Details Below)

 

What This Job Entails

Taking warm Inbound Leads with a focus on a 1 call close
Following up with all leads that do not close, nurturing them to eventually get a sale
Calling Prospects who missed their appointment to rebook them
Continual growth and learning as a Sale Professional
Being a part of a growing Team and amazing culture
Learning the business model of building an Amazon store to become an expert in the space when it comes to selling the benefits of this business model

 

Requirements

Transferable Sales Experience, B2C, B2B & High Ticket Closing Preferred 
2 + years of sales experience preferred, but be ready to work hard & learn fast 
Driven, Competitive, and Confident 
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Coachable – you are excited to participate in ongoing training and constantly push yourself to get better and better
Empathetic – can understand the client and relate with prospects
Team player – you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required 
Proactive – you strive to get ahead of a problem or start a conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
Self-starter – you are comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision 
Must love sales and have great communication

 

How the Unpaid Training Works

With regards to the training, it’s about 2 weeks, the first 5 days are dedicated to going through the PLM Course and the remaining 9 days are for our Sales Training. The only time you need to set aside is 6 pm – 7 pm CST every day, during the Sales Training part. Apart from that, they need 5 hrs a day approximately to go through the training videos and listen to examples of calls.
