We are looking for experienced Java developers to join R&D team in financial solution development. Own software product is being used by banks world wide for corporate clients, by offering access to global bank balances, liquidity forecasts in real-time and greater visibility of an organisation’s cash flow. We provide banks with sophisticated cash management solutions, including multi-currency cash pools, cross-border cash pools and global liquidity management services that support both real and virtual accounts.

According to product roadmap there is need to setup separate team of experts with responsibilities for:

• Product performance benchmarking
• DB improvements and performance
• Data engineering
• Microservices
• Software improvements
• UI updates
• File processing features
• Software architecture and new technologies injections
• Rapid PoC development

General requirements:

• Experience working with scalable products (preferably in financial services) with high load (number of transactions)
• Relational databases knowledge (Oracle)
• High level of Java knowledge
• Message queue (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.)
• SpringBoot
• Understanding of microservice architecture
• hands on system design
• ability for quick learning
• communication skills
• team work
• Agile way of working in short sprints with meaningful outcomes/product increments and demo presentetations
