[Summary]

Janssen Vaccine. Incheon site is recruiting for an Associate Analyst QC, located in Incheon, Korea. This role is responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment in a validated/qualified state throughout the equipment lifecycle by coordinating and reviewing periodic maintenance activities, such as calibration, and system audit trail review.

[Responsibilities]

• Perform periodic maintenance activities (e.g. calibration, performance check, and preventive maintenance) for laboratory equipment with external equipment vendor and document results in eCMMS (enterprise Computerised Maintenance Management System) and EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)
• Arrange periodic maintenance activities’ schedules with external vendors and internal counterparts
• Participate and support corrective maintenance (e.g. fix, repair) activities for laboratory equipment with an external vendor engineer
• Support Data Integrity periodic activities (e.g. account review, system audit trail review)
• Assist account management for laboratory computerized systems
• Support equipment non-conformance investigation
• Responsible as SME (Subject Matter Expert) for laboratory equipment’ calibration
• Work as eCMMS technician

[Requirements]

Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/biology or a related scientific field is required.

Experience And Skills

(Required)

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills and dedication to meeting timelines are required
• Agility to plan and prioritize, working to tight timeframes
• Build relationships with external vendors and internal counterparts to investigate any non-conformances during maintenance activities

(Preferred)

• Be motivated and self-driven; able to work independently and in a highly collaborative, dynamic team environment

(Other)

• Good command of both Korean & English; speaking, reading, and writing
