Within the Event department, as Event Project Manager, you will report directly to the Event Manager.

You will organize and give support to the Jaeger-LeCoultre events maintaining high quality standards and respecting brand image.

WHAT YOUR MISSION WILL BE?

General missions
Follow-up on events calendar and on events support material logistic calendar
Daily work with all teams involved in the event (Creation, Produc Mkg, Press, Digital, VM, Client experience, Legal, local teams,..)
Building events guidelines and giving support to 360° Marketing campain presentation
Follow-up of guidelines local implementation
Follow-up on events KPIs, events reports and feedback survey
Project development missions
Budget construction and follow-up (incl. Vendor creation in JLC Supplier database/purchase order)
Retroplanning construction, lead & follow-up
Partner selection and cost negotiation
Agency, constructor and any other partner briefing, liaising with Creative Team
Partner work follow-up (recommendation, zoning, organization challenge…) liaising with Creative Team
Support to partners’ contracts negotiation and draft
Production, set-up & dismantle
Production follow-up liaising with Creative Team, Logistic supervising and follow-up
Provide support for the development of events’ tools (visual, PLV …)

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing or Hospitality diploma

Experience of minimum 3 years at a similar position in Event.

Fluent in French and English
