IT Training and Compliance Specialist

As an IT Training and Compliance Specialist you will be the face and voice of our Global IT Department, responsible for the IT onboarding training of all new staff, training and development for our existing staff, communications of new tools and features as part of our regular newsletter and security awareness training to the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop on-boarding and training strategies to effectively & efficiently on-board new hires.
• Identify IT training needs by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of users to increase utilisation of IT solutions.
• Work with internal teams to understand documentation requirements and system operations.
• Translate requirements into training that will assist user departments fully benefit from the IT solutions.
• Work closely with the Infosec team to build annual training programs and prepare teaching plans.
• Develop instructional materials, aids, and manuals for IT training and Self Help documentation.
• Assess IT training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques and ongoing reinforcement.
• Assist in development of ad hoc communications to employees based on imperative needs such as scheduled maintenance, introduction of new tools and features to our toolstack, security awareness etc.
• Develop and provide recurring IT communications and training content that support IT initiatives, assists end-users in becoming more productive through technology, and increases the utilisation of software and technical assets.
• Oversee and execute IT training sessions, webinars, workshops, utilising progressive technology in groups and individually.
