Your Tasks
- To support IT Department in day to day activity;
- Supporting IT Division Manager and Section Heads in administrative activities;
- Coordinate between Division Managers, Section Heads and Team Lead for various activities;
- Facilitate the meeting as well as taking the minutes of the meeting;
- Prepare MOM and share with Team;
- Support in filing of documents;
- Send meeting agenda to the team a day before the meeting.
Your Profile
- Diploma / Bachelor degree in any discipline;
- 3+ years of experience in related position;
- Good Experience of MS Office suite;
- SAP working experience will be an added advantage;
- Must be highly organized and have good oral and written communication skills;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to work positively with Division Managers, Heads and Team Leads.
