Worley is seeking qualified, knowledgeable, experienced, punctual, accountable, team-oriented people to join us in constructing one of the largest underground operations in the world, right here in Mongolia. This role will require you to work in a remote location in UB. Please note that it is a requirement of this role that the successful candidate is a Mongolian Citizen.

Responsibilites

  • Manage and closeout IT Incident Management on a day to day basis with the user of FreshDesk and ServiceDesk
  • Manage the availability, roster and performance of the IT Support engineers assigned to UB and site offices
  • Be the first escalation point for the IT Support engineers in the UB office and on site.
  • Be the account manager for the existing IT Service Support Contract
  • Assist in IT problem solving and major incident management with the Project Support Services Manager
  • Run the weekly IT Team meeting to track issues
  • Working on small projects for Project Support Services Group with focus on IT service improvement
  • Help coordinate and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Liaise with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Monitor and record project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Help problem solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project deliverables
  • Schedule meetings, phone calls, site visits where required
  • Take minutes for critical meetings/ record action
  • Assist Project Support Services Manager in general tasks applicable to the Support Services Group
  • Update, delegate and close out tasks through the Freshdesk application

Qualifications

  • Understanding of overall EPCM project phases, management and specific requirements to job/work related areas.
  • Understanding and follow the Employer & Client policies and procedures.
  • Understanding and follow job specific policies, procedures, regulation and guidelines.
  • Assess project risks and understand associated contingencies related to the Employee’s work areas.
  • Relevant Trade, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Equivalent;
  • Must have experiences of working on similar roles, +3 years relevant experience.
  • Good oral and written English knowledge.
