IT Support Internship

The IT team is responsible for providing a secure and well-functioning workplace, software that supports business processes and innovative systems that help to make business processes more efficient. Our IT team is made up of four pillars: IT & Security, ERP & Process, Reporting & BI and Development & Innovation.

As a IT Support Intern you will be part of IT & Security and make sure that IT and telecom systems work correctly and without errors. In addition, you support our employees by solving IT related problems.

What your day looks like:

• 1st line IT support activities – Prioritizing incoming tickets, resolving incidents from colleagues regarding technical and/or ICT related problems
• Desktop provisioning – installing hardware, software and setting up well functioning work space for our employees
• Entry level active directory tasks – password management, access and license management
• Asset management – creating and maintaining an inventory of all IT assets and related documentation
• Keeping contact with organization and users
• Providing all-round activities including some functional, technical and system administration
• Write documentation on IT processes, tools, and applications

This is you!

• You are currently completing your MBO (Secondary vocational education) in IT related studies
• You are available at least 24 hours/week for 3 months (flexible working time)
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English and another language is a plus.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills (confident, charismatic, positive and pro-active).
• You want to develop yourself in the field of IT;
• You can keep your head cool in busy periods and you enjoy working independently as well as in a group;
• Good taste in music is a big plus!
