YOUR DAILY TASKS 💻
- End-to-end recruitment, from acquiring to hiring a candidate,
- Proactive using advanced sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Facebook, GitHub) to reach out to passive candidates,
- Building Candidate Experience from attracting to onboarding
- Being a part of the recruitment process, including planning, tasks and recruitment goals delivery
- Implementing the right recruitment tools, approach and practices to deliver the expected recruitment results
- Creating “talent pools” for frequently hired roles to build an internal database of qualified candidates for future needs
- Participating in various recruitment and HR initiatives related to business needs
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- You have at least 2 years experience in IT recruitment – preferably in a fast-growing IT company
- See a candidate as a client and you know how to build the best Candidate Experience
- You think outside the box, coming up with new innovative ways to drive recruitment effectiveness
- Know which tools, job boards, methods work the best
- You have good command of English with effective business communication skills
- Your approach is creative and proactive
