Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive solution sales growth within the assigned region and to a targeted customer base. This role will predominantly based in the field developing business, although our expectation is that they will be present in the office when not engaged in prospect or customer facing activity.

The roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Identify new potential customers and expand current customer base
Effectively build pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, attending various professional events
Execute a full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, sales and deals closing
Follow through on customer leads and build relationships with clients to close sales
Take on the role of a true solution provider and trusted advisor to clients
Handle customer complaints in a seamless way
Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
Maintain business like behavior and professional demeanor
Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers as needed.
Prepare sales contracts, proposals and other documents ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Prepare weekly/ monthly sales reports and prospect reports
Visiting potential customers for new & existing business and maintaining relationship
Keep client information and sales leads up to date in CRM
