WRS Kurdistan are looking for Local candidates to work as IT Expert for a well-known Technology company in Erbil.

Job Summary

The IT Expert will be responsible for Operating and Maintenance of company’s Server System.

Responsibilities

• Follow-up with teams so policies and guidelines followed.
• Ensure that all System infrastructure and equipment is documented, and documentation is updated.
• cooperating with technical department employees to determine and forecast System requirements.
• Ensure that relevant System equipment is being monitored and supervised.
• Maintain inventory records of System components.
• Analyze and escalate of serious concerns with direct management or with other technical Units and departments and suppliers for remedy and improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to new and personnel.
• Research new products to meet the company’s goals.
• Operating and maintenance Server Infrastructure.
• Operating and Implementing Virtualization Technologies Managing Virtual Machine Storage and Virtual Networks.
• Deploying and Managing Windows Server (versions) and Configuring antivirus, antispam solution and malware protection.
• Managing, Administering and Maintaining Active Directory ® Domain Services and controller.
• Implementing, Managing Remote Access and Configuring User Settings for Remote Access, Advanced DirectAccess Infrastructure.
• Server (Operating System) Event Logs warnings, errors and resource monitoring handling.
• Configuring client access services, mobile messaging and Edge Transport.
• Provide technical support for network 24×7.
• Perform other job-related as assigned.

Requirement

• Good academic background with a B.Sc. or equivalent qualification in Communication, IT, Computer science or relevant subject.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a system and server administrator or similar role.
• Fluent in English, Kurdish and Arabic Languages.
• Certification in System Engineering relative components (Windows server, VMware, etc).
• Ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge transferring.
• Very good management and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
