IT Business Engineer

How you spend your time

• Within the scope of our group projects, you will be responsible for the development of the internal IT process and system landscape
• You will serve as the interface between IT, suppliers, and the business
• You will drive IT projects in collaboration with the respective Epic Owner
• You will ensure stakeholder management and impress with clear communication and expertise
• You will promote knowledge exchange within the entire IT practice

What’s important to us

• You have a technical university degree (FH, Uni, ETH) or equivalent knowledge and practical experience.
• You have several years of project experience, with at least two years as a Business Engineer.
• You enjoy clear and respectful communication and feel comfortable in interdisciplinary, constant teams.
• You work in a customer-oriented, independent, analytical, and structured manner, are flexible and proactive.
• You see the big picture and maintain an overview, find solutions to complex problems, and can effectively communicate them to others.
• In our international environment, you can confidently communicate in both German and English.
