Tasks

As a collaborative partner with Human Resources you will optimize the dedicated value stream by ideating and implementing through advanced digitalization in our processes. Leverage expertise in empathizing with business needs, translating them into detailed specifications using an agile-MVP approach

• Taking over the application lifecycle management for core HR systems
• Interact with external IT providers to drive the change management for those HR systems
• Leading IT projects for HR to implement new solutions with agile / classic methods
• Supporting HR, in analyzing & documenting business requirements / user stories
• Develop test cases & arrange solution testing
• Prepare & present formal project approval requests to management stakeholders
• Leading of project meetings & steering committees on senior management level
• Creation of your own prototypes based on ideas collected from the business
• Contribute as an active member of initiatives like Home of Agile or Home of Data for delivering the agile mindset internal to SWISS
• Helping to elaborate the future data driven strategy for SWISS

Requirements

We are seeking for a highly motivated candidate to independently manage various IT projects within the dedicated HR business area. Your exceptional adaptability and extensive IT expertise will empower you to identify and implement cost-effective solutions efficiently.

• University degree in business informatics, information technology, business administration with good IT knowledge, or similar
• Experienced IT Project Leader with agile and classic project management
• Good technical skills about different IT architectures
• Good understanding of IT Service Management processes (ITIL)
• Fundamental knowledge about processes in Human Resources as an advantage
• Basic knowledge about SAP HCM, ESS/MSS, or Successfactors is advantageous
• Very good skills in German and English – other languages are welcome
