Location: London-based role, however we will also consider applications from IS different locations, provided we are able to meet fulfil our employment obligations in that location. About the Role

The Information and Technology (I&T) programme seeks an exceptional IT Business Analyst. The Business Analyst is a key interface role as I&T’s “voice of the customer”. You will interface directly with departments and users across the organization for a broad range of initiatives, from large scale technology transformation programmes to smaller scale process and system improvements. You will convey the needs of the business stakeholders, with reliable and quality requirements to identify the scope, cost and technical solutions from ideation to delivery. You will collaborate with I&T project teams and colleagues to ensure the solution design, development and outcomes delivered are fit for purpose, whilst meeting user and business needs, and aligning to the organisation’s strategic goals.

About You

You will be familiar with:

  • Business analysis across project lifecycle from ideation to delivery to ensure goals are in line with business objectives
  • Stakeholder engagement, requirements, modelling, feasibility, roadmaps, gap analysis, root cause analysis, data analysis, testing, and operational support
  • ‘As-is’ and ‘to-be’ definitions to support end-to-end management of initiative scope, business case and benefits
  • Agile, waterfall and hybrid project methodologies
  • Modelling and productivity tools such as Microsoft Visio and Microsoft 365
  • Enterprise cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, and cloud-based management tools such as Microsoft Intune
  • Finance and HR ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, and CRM systems

You will be an exceptional business analyst with strong people, stakeholder engagement and analytical capabilities. A highly motivated, pro-active individual who adds clarity and value to contribute to the successful delivery of initiatives.

You enjoy taking accountability for requirements and acting as the voice of the customer. You will hold customer centricity as a key principle in your approach, possessing empathetic customer and relationship management skills with an ability to navigate sensitive human rights settings.

This position would suit an individual that wishes to directly contribute to human rights by ensuring requirements and outcomes deliver efficient, stable and secure I&T systems and services that provide ROI. Candidates with an organised, analytical minded, empathetic, and service focused outlook would best match to this role.
