IT Assistant – helpdesk (all genders are welcome)

We are currently looking for support in our IT Team and are therefore looking for an IT Assistant – first level support – part time or full time.

Ethris, based in the biotech hub Planegg / Munich, Germany, is a technical innovator in the field of messenger RNA (mRNA) therapeutics, an emerging alternative to gene therapies and protein-based drugs.

The company has developed two proprietary technology platforms to enable the use of mRNA as a therapeutic agent: stabilized non-immunogenic mRNA (SNIM®RNA) for transcript therapy and lipidoid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery technologies for SNIM® RNA delivery.

We focus on the development of mRNA-based therapeutics and vaccines for the treatment of respiratory diseases. Our technology helps replace or supplement missing or non-functional proteins or introduce new proteins to modulate disease progression or symptoms. We are committed to bringing these new technologies to patients as soon as possible.

To support our organisation we are looking for a dedicated IT Administrator, joining our IT team.

Your main tasks will include:* 1st Level Support (Windows Clients, Software, Office, IP-Telephones, users, printer, etc.)

• It support for our lab tech infrastructure
• Participate in 2nd Level Support, network, server, WiFi, etc.

Your profile

• You have an education in the field of IT or gained relevant first hand experience from a previous employment
• You are interested in supporting the organisation from an IT perspective
• You are fluent in German and English in order to communicate clearly with your colleagues
• You have an interpreneural mindset and are willing to find the best yet prgamatic solutions
• You are service oriented and try to understand your internal customer’s needs
