You will be responsible for successful coordination and delivery of continuous improvement programs and projects in a specific security domain. Responsibilities within this role area are to enable Project and Program Managers with strong coordination, documentation gathering and maintenance of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with ABB Gate Model, compliance policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets, as well as schedule commitments.

Your responsibilities
- Manage monthly IS Security Performance Report creation, coordination and delivery – monitor department improvements projects and initiatives
- Support monthly IS Security Project Report creation and validation
- Manage external vendor relations, important for the assigned projects and initiatives, track improvements and suggest optimization opportunities
- Manage complete documentation delivery for assigned projects/programs, in line with ABB Gate Model standard
- Enable smooth gate passing, by gathering required artefacts in reportable form
- Coordinate delivery of strategic security transformation programs with associated technology roadmaps
- Record gaps identification in security solutions and processes in your domain of responsibility, and enable platform for providing recommendations for improvements
- Track established goals, report define program and project delivery strategy and objectives, support assignment of project and staffing priorities
- Take the lead of assigned projects communication plans management
- Set up and facilitate regular meetings and other communication channels, helping project/program team to define and prioritize actions required to deliver a feature and holding team members responsible for fulfilment of assigned actions
- Track and report financial performance metrics
- Support risk assessment and ensure necessary mitigations are taken
- Show high standards of professionalism in the quality of written and personal communication, especially in front of the business and delivery partners
Your background
- University degree in technical, project management or economics
- 10 years+ experience in project management or service management
- 10 years+ of work experience in the IT environment
- Strong knowledge of Waterfall/Agile Methodologies
- Strong time management skills and flexibility necessary to handle periodic bursts of increased workload
- Sense of ownership for the assigned project
- Motivation to drive the project coordination across internal and external boundaries
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Excellent analytical skills, data analysis for requirements of the project work & deliverables
- Fluent English for daily basis communication
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multi-cultural global environment
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, customer-mindedness
- ITIL v3 Foundation certification (as a minimum) – required
- CISSP certification – good to have
- COBIT certification (or similar) – nice to have
- Project management certification like PMI, PMP, Agile – nice to have
