What You’ll Do at IronArch Technology
IronArch is currently seeking an experienced, innovative Program Manager to lead a new project supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs as they modernize their patient advocacy solutions. This role will provide oversight for project delivery and serve as the primary point of contact for our government customers. This role will be remote, with an ability to travel to support customer meetings/conferences as requested, estimated no more than 5 trips per year.
Responsibilities Will IncludeMaintain oversight for project approach, schedule, and milestones
Develop and maintain Project Management Plan
Provide comprehensive project and program management support services
Project Scheduling and Planning
Project Tracking and Risk Management
Coordination and collaboration with external stakeholders
Compile regular Progress Update documents and facilitate weekly progress meetings with key stakeholders
Communicate with government personnel
Provide guidance and support for extensive change management initiatives
Support workforce development and training efforts
Support conference planning
Support data analytics
Provide additional management consulting services as requested by the customer (business process improvement, etc.)
Education
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the Business, Technology, or Scientific fields
Requirements
8+ years of experience managing projects and/or programs for government clients
Extensive knowledge in using the American Society Quality (ASQ) or Project Management Institute (PMI) project management methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting customer complaint workflows
Experience supporting VA – Veterans Health Administration
Experience with Prosci change management methodologies (ADKAR, etc.)
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
