Qualifications & Preferred Skills
��� Local Kurdish with fluent command of Arabic and English (spoken and written)
��� At least 4 years of related compliance experience: NGO and U.S. federal government compliance experience a plus
��� Ability to be a strong team player but also work independently, determine priorities, and successfully work in accordance with specific timelines and deadlines
��� Knowledge and understanding of the local labor and other relevant in-country laws
��� Knowledge and understanding of U.S. federal government compliance rules and regulations
��� Demonstrable high level of interpersonal skills, diplomacy and patience
��� Excellent critical thinking skills, solutions-oriented and accurate attention to detail
��� Impartiality, objectivity and confidentiality.
��� Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel; QuickBooks a plus

Ability to travel locally, when necessary
��� Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating the ability to… help resolve critical issues effectively and efficiently.
��� Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
