Investor Relations & Corporate Development Manager

About The Role…

You will be reporting to the Head of Investor Relations. This role will help support our core Investor Relations functions but will primarily be focused on developing and executing on a business development strategy. Work closely with Hashicorp Leadership Team (HLT) and with the CTO office to determine areas of potential targeted acquisitions to help accelerate product roadmap and headcount acquisition.

In this role you can expect to…

• This role will contribute to the quarterly deliverables for the company’s public earnings process.
• This role will be responsible for the execution, along with partners in our Corporate Law team, on the identification and execution of M&A opportunities.

You may be a good fit for our team if you have…

• Experience in executing acquisition integrations
• Experience in financial modeling across the three statements
• Experience working at a public software company, in particular one with a subscription licensing model
• Experience in investment banking, a plus!
