About the Role
As an Investment Manager, you will be an integral part of Liquidity’s global investment team, examining and managing potential investments, utilizing our data-driven, patented investment platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collecting and analyzing tech companies’ financial and operational data
- Perform due diligence procedures using an in-house AI-based underwriting platform allowing for fast-paced analysis
- Interviewing founders and senior management
- Deal structuring and negotiating for potential transactions
- Crafting of investment reports and presenting to investment committees
- Ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-4 years of experience with financial due diligence in big four accounting firms Profound analytical skills focused on financial reports and large data sets
- B.A in Accounting (preferable), Economics, or Finance
- CPA or CFA – a must
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem – an advantage
- A multi-tasker, team player, with the ability to work independently
