Location: Amsterdam/Eindhoven (Hybrid, 1 day at the office)

Type: Internship (Non-Thesis)

Length: 6 months, with possible extension

Time: 40 hours/week (min 32 hrs/week)

Expected Start Date: February 2023

Your Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you have the opportunity to help drive our Global Supply Chain Management engine and think about improvements. Learn & built new supply chain processes. Do you always see ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in processes and procedures, this is the place where you can do this? Also, you quickly get international experience in our Global Supply Chain Team and learn from the local teams.

You are responsible for:

  • Improving and maintaining standard KPI’s for Global Market Supply Chain processes
  • Improving and maintaining process designs in planning domain
  • Participate in daily stand ups, list & follow up actions and share best practices
  • Data & project planning support of the Program lead & supporting overall program team
  • Support rollout of newly created processes across the global supply chain teams, including drafting communication for various platforms on rollout actions.
  • Run and support improvement projects in the Supply Chain Management Team
  • Help improve the productivity & efficiency of the transformation program

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Great communication skills, eye for detail, well organized
  • Supply Chain / Business Administration / Logistics Student of at least 2nd year of studies.
  • Data savvy, digital mindset
  • Independent worker, fast learner
  • Continuous improvement thinking
  • good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint
  • Fluent English, written and spoken (at least B2)
  • Have some experience in project management, change or communication in an international environment is a plus.

The Supply Chain Management Transformation Team and will report into the Transformation Lead. The SCM Transformation Team is part of the Global Integrated Supply Chain, touching all aspects of the End-2-End Supply Chain Management.
