Revolutionize the digital health market in the field of psychotherapy with us! We develop an innovative virtual reality software. The software can be used to treat various psychological and later neurological disorders. The product is developed and scientifically validated in close cooperation with renowned clinics. The team is interdisciplinary, was awarded by the BMWi in 2018 and receives strong support from the founding scene and scientific institutions.

Aufgaben

Choose your focus: Business Development, Finance, Marketing, Sales, …

• Shape the strategic direction of the company.
• Build relationships with our cooperation partners.
• Take part in interesting conferences, meetups and other events.
• Participate in the development of the recruiting strategy.
• Research on the future of psychotherapy.
• Negotiate with our clinics and care the customer contact.
• Find new ways to enable scalable growth.
• Make the case clear with numbers and prove assumptions.
• Support in marketing and public relations.

Psychology:

• Develop great ideas to improve the psychological product for our patients, health insurancecompanies, and clinics
• Read psychological papers and medical guidelines and plan validation/therapy studies together with our partners in science
• Build relationships with our cooperation partners and support in marketing

Qualifikation

Business:

• Fluent in German and English
• Berlin-based
• You are self-reliant and responsible.
• You are interested in economic or psychological topics.
• You have solid business knowledge and experience in creating business plans and calculating case studies (Excel).
• You are curious and interested in learning something new.
• You can work on tasks systematically and structured.
• You like dealing with people.

Psychology:

• You are studying a health-related subject like medicine, psychology, or health management
• You enjoy working independently, make own choices and have a start-up mindset
• You have an excellent understanding of scientific papers and have first experiences in planning own (therapeutic) studies
• You are interested in economic topics and have experience in creating business plans and calculating case studies (Excel)
• Fluent in English and German
