Your Mission
- Supporting the People & Organization Partner (HR Business Partner) in applicant management and recruiting, including direct communication with hiring managers and applicants in the context of interview coordination
- Assisting with the administration and further development of our digital learning offer
- Coordinating, organizing, and facilitating the PUMA “Welcome Days”
- Taking over of different administrative tasks within the area of P&O; e.g., issuing of contracts
- Active participation in the day-to-day business as well as process and project management of the People & Organization Team
Your Talent
- Enrolled student with initial experience in Human Resource Management
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent Swedish and excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Strong service and customer orientation as well as commitment and flexibility
- Quick perception and ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Start date: from 15.02.2023 ; Duration: minimum 6 months
