We are looking for an intern interested in joining our engineering team. If you are a tech explorer, craving to challenge yourself and make quantum computing come true, come and join us!

During this internship you will be expected to develop a set of simulations of the participation ratio of qubit electric field in lossy interfaces, then optimize qubit geometry with respect to coherence.

  • Study the loss mechanisms in co-planar waveguides
  • Carry out simulations with Ansys HFSS/Q3D
  • Compare the simulations to measured results

Requirements

  • Knowledge about quantum mechanics and transmission line theory
  • Proficient with Python and able to advertise a previous experience writing Python code for a company or an academic project
  • At ease with Git
  • Problem solving mindset
  • Professional fluency in English
