Market Monitoring:
- Identification of new products
- Olfactory session with our perfume experts
- Analysis of olfactory & marketing trends
- Exchange and sharing of trends
Customer Briefings:
- Reflection on the brand and its opportunities
- Support for the development of new product and fragrance concepts
- Help with the creation of marketing materials (moodboards, graphic designer briefs, presentations, workshops etc.)
Trends:
- Help with updating marketing tools
- Participation in the development of proactive collections
Consumer & Market Understanding:
- Coordination and implementation of internal consumer tests to validate fragrances and marketing concepts
- Independent data entry, data control and data analysis (MS Excel, SPSS)
- Support to indentify market trends and consumer preferences
- Creation of market research reports and presentations (MS Powerpoint)
- Desk research on different platforms: trend forecasting, consumer behavior, social media listening
- Students in the fields of marketing, business administration or similar
- Teamwork, organizational talent, reliability and creativity
- Very good MS Office skills
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Open and respectful corporate culture with flat hierarchies and the possibility to work on innovative projects in a team-oriented and international work environment
- Location: Holzminden, Germany (or also possible in Marlow, UK or Clichy, France)
