The Digital Transformation team is embarking on a multi-year initiative to transform VSP’s technology landscape, enabling a delightful customer experience, adding new capabilities and optimizing processes that will bring business value, and modernizing our technology base. Our team specializes in understanding business needs and finding the best technology tools to solve problems—we are highly motivated and at the forefront of the most advanced technology and best practices in the optical industry.

This is Where You Come In

As the IT Business Analyst Intern, you’ll work alongside industry professionals and gain exposure to large-scale software initiatives, scoping alignment, organizational readiness, technology roadmap generation, investment phasing, and business case development—all related to optimizing the supply chain process.

Here’s What You’ll Do

• Support IT in areas such as business analysis, requirements gathering, reporting
• Support project management by adhering to deadlines
• Maintain and provide reporting support for the system and users
• Develop automated data loads and schedules to ensure the timeliness of information
• Perform ad hoc analysis and compile data for various performance metrics
• Maintain and supervise data accuracy
• Establish measurements and targets based on historic and forecasted data
• Support the execution and data integrity of strategic projects
• Other tasks to support the ERP Transformation Initiative during its Due Diligence phase
• Opportunity to attend networking events and company meetings

• Strong verbal and written communication
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Knowledge of ERP platforms such as Oracle or SAP
• Familiar with Project Management best practices
• Familiar with Organizational Change Management methodologies
• Microsoft Office Suite technologies

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
