Responsibilities

What makes compensation attractive? How do you set motivating incentives? Do these incentives work equally well worldwide? What is behind a compensation process? What are the technical requirements? How is a job evaluated? You will work on these and other questions from day one as an intern in our highly committed Total Rewards team thanks to intensive “on the job” training.

You will also gain an insight into the challenges of a globally operating group by actively participating in a global HR project. The goal of the project is to make HR more agile, efficient and both customer and employee focused. One of the ways we achieve this is through the implementation of a cloud-based HR-IT tool, which you will accompany first-hand. Hands-on topics include, for example:

  • Further development and simplification of processes within our compensation systems.
  • Systematic preparation of strategic topics
  • Preparation of as-is analyses and the development of recommendations
  • Contribution to and coordination within global teams
  • Support in day-to-day business

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or advanced Bachelor’s degree in a subject related to human resources or economics
  • Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Business fluent German and very good English skills
  • Structured, independent way of working and good comprehension skills as well as a good degree of initiative and enthusiasm
