Aufgaben
- Support the whole Talent acquisition process (from recruiting to
onboarding)
- Work on the Employer branding development plan
- Support in the implementation of HR management system
- Active role in day-by-day operations (e.g., candidates database
management, payroll support, training plans)
- Cooperation with external partners (e.g., Recruiting agency, payroll
provider, HRM system provider)
- Contribute to HR process & policy definition and implementation
- Contribute to business development with organization and people
development activities
Qualifikation
- Student (m/w/d) in the field of Psychology, Law, business administration
or similar, ideally with a focus on human resources
- German mother tongue and English fluent
- Enthusiasm and interest in HR business partner activities
- Strong communication skills as well as team working ability
