How would an intern contribute to the team’s success: ABO Acumen will be a learning experience that changes the career and connection to Amway by being able to better serve our distributor base, also known as Amway Business Owners or ABOs. The program will help new hires and existing employees understand the effort it takes to build an independent Amway Business. Acumen program will be part of the ABO Activation & Engagement area supporting specifically the Learning & Development team. The intern will be able to lead components of this program such as:
Development of content
Present information regarding the building of an Amway business from the perspective of an ABO Another area that the intern will support is within our Global Programs team within the Global Sales. Working across the sales division, opportunities to work with other functional parts of the sales team will be available to learn more about the ABOs business. What skills and background will be important to be successful in this internship?
