The team of the department Problem Resolution and Product Improvement Programs is focusing on building programs to provide a wide range of customers with proven solutions to a known issue.

We are looking forward to use new tools in order to automate our complex processes and reduce the time needed to implement a program as well as set-up new tools allowing a pro-active approach rather than reactive.

We are looking forward to your active support for six months starting in April 2023:

Internship Digitalization Processmanagement (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Digitization of business processes using automation tools (RPA, Excel VBA, MS Flow)
  • Creation and maintenance of department specific SharePoints
  • Creation of data visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI
  • Assist in the creation of analytical, strategic PIP reports (Product Improvement Program).
  • Assist in the creation of strategic and innovative presentations/reports for senior management

What Skills You Need:

  • Enrollment (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree) in industrial engineering, business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable discipline
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office (Word / Excel), as well as MS Excel and VBA
  • First knowledge of Tableau and PowerBI is an advantage
  • Profound knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
  • A high degree of independence and commitment
