YOUR TEAMFor the department Employee Experience and Mobility Services we are looking for an intern or a student to write a bachelor thesis. You will get deep insights in corporate services with focus on employee experience and mobility like company cars and car sharing, business travel management as well as other mobility solutions to create unique experience for our employees. You will be part of a great team that will support you in any challenges during your internship or thesis.

What You Will Do

  • Support in the development and implementation of the service portfolio from an early stage onwards
  • Responsibility for certain parts of an overall employee experience & mobility project
  • Control, application and implementation of necessary processes to enable access for our employees
  • Close collaboration with different stakeholders and internal / external service partners
  • Get insights into shaping the future of employee experience & mobility offers for the sustainable tech brand CARIAD
  • Support in the implementation of agile working structures within our department

Who You Are

  • Enrolled student in the field of Economics, Innovation Management, Mobility or Travel Management, Business Development, Sustainable Development, Service Management or similar
  • First experiences and interest in corporate and mobility services
  • Team player who enjoys working with others
  • Independent and structured way of working, innovative way of thinking with a customer-centric focus
  • Above-average commitment and flexibility
  • English and German skills in both speaking and writing
  • Profound knowledge of MS office applications; ideally first experiences with SCRUM and JIRA

  • Duration: 3 to 6+ months
  • 35-hour weeks
