The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the developers in the London office. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a fresh challenge and to gain great exposure with an internationally recognised developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Senior Project Developer with all aspects of solar PV development, including site identification, land acquisition, grid interconnection and planning permission
  • Utilising GIS and other mapping programs for site identification and network capacity studies
  • Contacting potential acquisition stakeholders for solar PV/battery projects
  • Liaison with network operators to determine grid capacity and key interconnection issues
  • Liaison with planning consultants and authorities regarding permitting and consent
  • Assistance with project management and financing matters

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree (or studying) in Engineering
  • Project Management or Property Development also considered
  • Keen interest in solar PV and renewable energy projects, with a good understanding of the UK renewable energy space
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office systems
  • GIS experience (Google Earth, QGIS) is preferred
  • Must be independent, flexible, proactive and capable of prioritising and delivering outcomes to tight deadlines

You will be based at our office in London, Mayfair and work closely with our office in Monaco. You will have a high degree of independence and working with a very dynamic team worldwide.
