International Trainee Program – Product (m/f/d)

You will be part of our International Management Associates network. Take the chance and build your professional network across the Group at regular events.

Get to know the entire cycle of the product world and start in one of the following areas: 3rd Party Debt Collection & Debt Purchase, Buy Now Pay Later and Order-to-Cash.

Your 18-month development program within the different Business Units includes:

• You will have the opportunity to work on projects in our three business units 3rd Party Debt Collection & Debt Purchase, Buy Now Pay Later and Order-to-Cash and to learn and directly apply agile working methods within the team.
• You will experience all key steps of the product lifecycle in different financial products.
• You will have the chance to participate in the optimization of existing processes and the development of new business processes and areas.
• You can experience other cross-divisional areas such as Innovation & Venture Development or Data Analytics.
• In addition to the national assignments, we offer you on-site insights into the various international departments of the business units – here you will develop additional intercultural skills and get to know your colleagues personally.
• We support you with an extensive range of trainings throughout the program. You and your mentor will decide, based on your interests, which international team will benefit from the skills you have acquired.
• Upon completion of the program, you will further your career within our company.

What you should bring:

• A degree with above average academic performance in international business or equivalent, ideally majoring in product
• Relevant practical experience (internships) in product management or marketing
• International experience would be a plus, e.g. internships or studies abroad
• Willingness to travel and be based in our various international locations
• Interested in complex topics and have strong problem-solving ability
• Motivated to accept challenges and deliver impressive results
• Very good language and communication skills in German and English, further languages are beneficial
