Description Du Poste
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for sales teams that address the specific needs of retail staff, to maximize sales performance
- Conduct training sessions internationally and in Head Quarter on OMEGA’s products, services, and sales skills, for retail employees, through a variety of methods such as classroom instruction, on-the-job training, workshops, and virtual presentations
- Develop training materials, presentations, and resources to support training initiatives, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging
- Ensure that sales associates have in-depth knowledge of boutique products and can communicate features and benefits to customers effectively
- Train sales staff on effective sales techniques and effective customer engagement, to achieve boutique sales targets
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of sales staff performance in boutiques, including product knowledge, sales techniques and customer interactions
- Provide constructive feedback to sales associates based on assessment results, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with boutique managers and local retail trainers to create and implement performance improvement plans tailored to individual needs
- Maintain records of feedbacks and performance assessments on the boutiques trained; consolidate feedbacks and provide recommendations to drive improvements
- Demonstrate continuously ownership and accountability for assigned projects
- Coordinate and support local training teams, ensuring ongoing monitoring of their training plans and activities
- Identify local training needs, gather, and consolidate feedbacks on the performed programs and provide recommendation to drive improvements
Profil
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- Capability to perform trainings, coaching sessions, and interactive activities, to engage the sales staff and ensuring alignments with Head Quarter strategies
- Solid communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate sales staff of varying seniority
- Ability to create clear, concise, well-organized and grammatically correct written documents
- Digital proficiency with capability to structure lessons and to create contents for e-learning platforms
- Ability to effectively lead virtual trainings using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, etc

- Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect and quickly create relationships with people at all levels of the organization
- Strong team player accustomed to collaborating with stakeholders across functions and locations
- Reliable with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willing and flexible to travel up to 70%
Langues
- Fluent English and French skills, any additional language is an advantage
