Job Description
As International Recruiter, you will:
- Be the key recruitment contact for Benelux and France
- Support all recruitment activities across other locations in Europe
- Facilitate the recruitment approval process, job postings and application management through Workday and other relevant external websites
- Identify & select candidates and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Conduct pro-active searches online to help generate candidate pipelines
- Update recruitment tracker regularly to ensure progress is logged and communicated accurately
- Partner with hiring managers to deliver high level of service at all times
- Get involved in other HR related project as required
The role is a fantastic opportunity to join a truly international organization and work collaboratively with colleagues across the UK, Europe and further afield. You will also have the opportunity to travel to other office from time to time.
The Successful Applicant
The profile of International Recruiter that we are looking for has the following background, experience and qualities:
- About 5 years’ experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition preferably in business services environments
- You are able to communicate fluently in French and English
- Excellent organization and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to deliver excellent results
- Detail-oriented and able to provide high levels of accuracy in all work
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent customer/client service skills
- Proven ability to work well as a member of a team, as well as the ability to work independently
- Degree level education would be preferred, but is not essential
