AAN Associates is looking for International Experts in Evaluation for existing and upcoming assignments. These Experts are expected to have experience as Team Lead in previous assignments and can delegate assignment management functions such as Literature Review, Evaluation Methodology design, Tools Development, Pre-testing and Finalization, Field Data Collection, Consolidation, Analysis, and Report Writing.
Following are the requirements to apply for the position:
- Must have at least a Masters degree in Social Sciences, Evaluation, Nutrition, Public Health, or other related fields
- Must have proven relevant experience of 10 years minimum pertaining to Evaluations across a variety of sectors such as Health and Nutrition, Education, Child Protection, Social Protection, WASH, DRR, BCC, Gender among others.
- Ability to write reports clearly and concisely.
- Fluency (oral and written) in English and other languages (such as French, Arabic, Portuguese etc) would be preferable.
- Experience of working with UN Organizations such as UNICEF, WFP, UNHCR and others would be a plus!
- Strong analytical skills to compile and consolidate a variety of inputs and produce concise and easy-to-understand documents
- Data collection (both quantitative and qualitative) and data analysis experience is plus!
