Are you an ambitious graduate looking for valuable experience within a digital Consultancy? Our client has an internship opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Assistant with excellent career progression opportunities!

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will join the office as an intern with the path towards becoming a People/Training Manager.

The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, you will join the Elstree office as an intern with the path towards becoming a People/Training Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and market – Promote roles and attract candidates through partners and various portals. Work with Marketing to create campaigns and attend university and talent tradeshows.
  • Manage talent pipeline – Screen CVs, research the candidates and manage the applicant experience. Prioritise which candidate goes through to the next round and which one does through criteria.
  • Interview process – Manage the interview process by using our tooling and utilising records, set up scorecards, liaise with line managers and assist with dealing with contracts, offer letters and rejections.
  • Reporting – Creating reports on where successful candidates find our business and generating insights to influence future hiring campaigns.
  • Continual improvement – We are revamping the Resourcing/People Strategy and you will be involved in creating new processes, templates and redefining how we use the ATS, CRM and People Platforms as well as creating innovative campaigns to attract more candidates.

About You:

  • You are an ambitious, hard-working and passionate individual
  • You have excellent command over the English language
  • Hands-on with administration, data entry and meeting management
