Our long-standing client is a national company providing parts & fittings into the construction, engineering and mining sectors. Clean and modern facilities are in Welshpool with parking provided.

An opportunity has become available for an Internal Phone Sales Officer to take on a varied and busy role in a happy and productive team environment. This is a permanent, full-time Monday to Friday role with a secure and well-established company with a well known national brand.

Details of the role:

· Phone Sales with some Counter Sales

· Preparing quotes

· Email Management

· Liaison with suppliers and clients and transport at times

· Need to develop excellent product knowledge

· Fast and accurate data entry

· Strong computing skills. Training on in-house software will be provided

· Phones, inquiries and customer service

· Other duties as required

· In-house software that you will be trained in plus the MS Office suite

· Salary will be about $60,000 plus super

· 38-hour week – Monday to Friday

· Work as part of a busy team

Must be fully Covid Vaccinated

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

· Intermediate computing skills

· Previous experience in a similar role in an industrial environment

· A solid work history and be able to provide positive work references

· Advanced communication skills

· Be highly organised and able to multi-task

· Be a proven team player

· Be well presented
