- KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: –
- Receiving, analyzing, and sending of emails –
- Order taking via email/telephone, providing customer with an order reference number to confirm order placement – Loading orders onto QuickBooks;
- Providing cash before delivery customers with Estimates/Proforma Invoices –
- Following up on payment for on-hold orders 3 times daily –
- Ensuring client’s account is up to date and ensure terms and limits are not exceeded
- Placing overdue term-account orders on hold, manually –
- Sales Reports –
- Data capturing –
- Attending to customer account and pre-delivery queries
- Target driven, assisting Logistics in filling trucks Customer courtesy calls
Qualifications

Experience
1-3 Years
Knowledge And Skills
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint), in particular Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to think on your feet
- Goal-driven, no time wasters
- Team-player
- Able to work and thrive under pressure
- To go the extra mile, whether expected of you or not
