  • KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: –
  • Receiving, analyzing, and sending of emails –
  • Order taking via email/telephone, providing customer with an order reference number to confirm order placement – Loading orders onto QuickBooks;
  • Providing cash before delivery customers with Estimates/Proforma Invoices –
  • Following up on payment for on-hold orders 3 times daily –
  • Ensuring client’s account is up to date and ensure terms and limits are not exceeded
  • Placing overdue term-account orders on hold, manually –
  • Sales Reports –
  • Data capturing –
  • Attending to customer account and pre-delivery queries
  • Target driven, assisting Logistics in filling trucks Customer courtesy calls

Experience

1-3 Years

Knowledge And Skills

  • Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / PowerPoint), in particular Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to think on your feet
  • Goal-driven, no time wasters
  • Team-player
  • Able to work and thrive under pressure
  • To go the extra mile, whether expected of you or not
