Internal Recruitment Manager

Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well established and highly reputable company who are searching for an Internal Recruitment Manager to join their friendly team based across multiple sites in Kent, London and Sussex. The successful candidate will ideally have a proven working background in an In-House Recruitment environment and can lead and mentor a Recruitment team. Key Responsibilities:- Full management of the companies recruitment suppliers. Advise and lead hiring managers on recruitment methods. Manage the recruitment team and support effective recruitment across the company. Working with the team to reduce agency spend. Work closely with universities, schools and colleges to maintain intake of students. Manage all aspects of assessments days, interviews and testing for all new hires. Direct sourcing of candidates of all levels using appropriate databases. Full budget control for all aspects of the recruitment team across all sites. Key Requirements:- Previous In-House recruitment experience. Excellent communication skills at all levels. Highly organised and can prioritise tasks. Friendly and confident manner. Good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages. Excellent presentation skills. A working background in a professional services environment would be advantageous but not essential.
