*This role will require you to be onsite in Teddington approx 2 days a week and your job title will be Talent Acquisition Specialist*

The Talent Acquisition team are responsible for delivering a high-quality end to end recruitment process which is in line with best practice and NPL’s values. The TA team are a critical part of the Human Resources team, and work closely with our Human Resources colleagues, the wider business, and the external market place to make sure that we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right locations to deliver our vision.

What will you be doing?

You’ll partner closely with key stakeholders in the business to influence, coach and facilitate a best in class process which always aligns to our values.

You’ll get to work on a variety of roles across different skill sets and levels of experience. Each hire you make will create significant impact. Direct hiring will be a major part of this role, combined with a passion for sourcing and engaging with top talent, early careers and apprenticeships. We understand the importance of delivering exceptional candidate management and expect you to too. We want candidates to feel supported, engaged and informed throughout their recruitment journey.

About You

What do you need to be successful?

You will ideally come from an in house recruitment role where you have solid knowledge of internal processes and procedures – however we will also consider candidates that come from an agency background that have partnered with internal teams gaining internal exposure.

You’re a confident self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects and working with multiple deadlines. With regular conflicting priorities, we are looking for a problem-solver with an eagle eye for detail. You’ll consistently go the extra mile to apply and achieve a high standard across everything you do.

As we work with a direct sourcing model, we expect the successful candidate to be experienced with market mapping, building candidate pools and talent pipelining.

You will be expected to manage your own workload efficiently, be able to adapt to working within a team setting on projects or alone from time to time.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience of in house recruitment process(within or external to)
  • Demonstrable candidate and client management experience
  • Knowledge of equality and diversity aspects of recruitment operations
  • Experience interrogating and understanding recruitment metrics and data
  • Experience and knowledge of e-recruitment practices and recruitment technology including Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM & Social channels
  • Direct sourcing experience including job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to use initiative and influence key stakeholders
