Internal Recruitment / Resourcing Advisor (temp contractor opportunity, initially until end 2022) Interested in joining a very successful (and fun!) Inhouse Resourcing team? Due to growth of the business, we are now expanding our team further and currently have a temporary contractor opportunity within this fun, passionate, hardworking and very committed Resourcing team. The resourcing team at MBDA UK are accountable for all resourcing and full life-cycle recruitment activities within the UK from vacancy approval, direct sourcing, supplier and partner engagement, interviewing and onboarding; along with internal recruitment and the processing of starters and leavers.

What we’re looking for Experience working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment is ideal (across a wide range of skill sets), preferably within an HR team/function and with interviewing experience Experience using recruitment systems; Taleo or Workday would be beneficial Very strong planning, administration and organisational skills. A proven standout colleague, always proactively willing to offer support to colleagues when needed. A passion for recruitment Someone to be an influencer with our social media activities Sound knowledge of employment law and HR issues Fun and engaging.
