This role can be based in either our Cambridge or London office, with regular travel to our Cambridge office as this is where the team are based.

Day to Day

You’ll play a key role in helping shape Featurespace’s future by collaborating with colleagues across the company to consistently identify and attract the best people.

Our teams are growing globally so we’re looking for a recruiter who will drive the entire process from sourcing and screening, managing large numbers of candidates and roles on our database Greenhouse.io, to making job offers; all whilst working to improve the way we do things.

You’ll get to spend lots of time with the teams you recruit for and with the rest of the Recruitment team: attending daily meetings, running job briefing sessions, coming up with new ideas for attracting talent, etc.

Most importantly, you’ll leave candidates feeling great about Featurespace, regardless of the outcome of the interview.

About You

• You will ideally have experience recruiting into the technology industry either as part of an in-house recruitment team or in agency
• You have experience sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent
• You will have the ability to motivate and inspire people to join Featurespace
• You will own the relationship with hiring managers, advising and challenging where needed
• You enjoy being busy and juggling multiple competing priorities
