As an Internal Account Manager, you will be working as an integral member of an energetic and ambitious sales team. You will be working closely alongside your Account Director Sabrina D’Cruz, assisting with the day to day running of his accounts, liaising with customers, vendors, and other internal departments as part of an account team.
As an Internal Account Manager your role will be more sales focussed rather than admin focussed, taking on the shared responsibility of contributing to the GP growth of Sabrina’s customer base. The Internal Account Manager will be expected and empowered to drive customer GP growth through prospecting white space within Sabrina’s customer base via calls and face to face meetings.
As Internal Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
- Provide quotes and source equipment to enable the sales process to run effortlessly
- Manage and take responsibility of all software renewals
- Upselling existing software renewals
- Identify opportunities, take ownership, and close the deals (will be rewarded via commission)
- Organise the workflow of sales support services to the designated sales personnel
What We Need From You
- To be sales driven
- Previous experience working in the IT reseller industry in a customer related role – minimum of 12 months
- Motivation to identify opportunities & close business
- A ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet expectations for fast turn-around times
