In Consulting The Garage we analyse trends in technology and socioeconomics and develop digital transformation models. Our team uses the latest technologies and methods from Design Thinking, Design Sprints, Lean Startup and Agile. Ensure our joint success and make the difference with us as intern/working student Incubation (m/f/x).

Locations: Berlin and Hamburg

Your impact:

As an intern/working student Incubation (m/f/x), you support your team in translating the most complex questions of our customers and colleagues into prototypes and business concepts using innovation methods (such as design sprints)

• Product development sprints: You support the preparation, execution, and follow up of design sprints with our industry experts and clients
• User & market research: Once we have identified a problem space, you support the research into technology, market, users, and you will learn how to conduct interviews like a pro
• Venture building: We need your support to build up and solidify the strategic direction of our brand new Sustainable Ventures team
• Startup collaborations: You help interested startups with their business questions and connect them with experts at Deloitte
• Culture change: As part of our culture change initiatives you support Hackathons, Innovation Challenges, and other events

Your skillset:

• Creativity: You are constantly playing around with new business ideas and have already worked with innovation methods like Design Sprints, Design Thinking, or Lean Startup
• Entrepreneurship: You always keep the goal in mind and simply make things happen while others are still talking about it
• Analytical thinking: You think and communicate in a structured and clear way
• Sustainability: You have (student) experience in the field of sustainability
• Communication: Very good spoken and written English, German is a plus

Your availability:

As an intern/student employee, you will ideally be available for a period of at least 3 months as of August 2022.
