Intern / Working Student (f/m/d) – Partner Campaign Management

Your Tasks:

We are looking for support for our IONOS Agency Partner Program in the area of campaign and lifecycle management. The partner program is a portal for agencies and developers with over 30,000 partners worldwide. It offers exclusive hosting and cloud solutions, central customer management and expert support.

• Support campaign and lifecycle management for our agency partners across all channels (email, online banners, social media, etc.).
• Creation, implementation and management of campaigns with the respective stakeholders and service providers in the appropriate content management systems.
• Creation of briefings (text, graphics, selection).
• Creation of reports and analyses.

We offer you an exciting, international environment with varied tasks in which you can gain practical experience in the areas of online marketing and lifecycle management.

You are studying digital or online marketing, communication sciences, business or media informatics or a similar field.

• Ideally, initial practical experience in online marketing or lifecycle management.
• Interest in marketing, hosting as well as technical topics in general.
• Commitment, ability to work in a team, initiative and organizational skills.
• Good feeling for language and text. Good written and spoken English, other language skills an advantage.
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel, G Suite and web technologies. Knowledge of Typo3 or other content management system is an advantage.
• At least 3 months time as part of an internship (subsequent takeover as a working student* possible) or as a working student* longer-term up to 20h / week during the lecture period.
